It is obviously a very challenging time for everyone.  Washington Juniors wants to help out families by providing some physical activities to do at home.  Plus learn some footy!

AFL Legend and St Kilda Saints Legend and AFL Auskick Dad, Nick Riewoldt, has started AFL Auskick @Home from his backyard in Melbourne.  He is assisted by his two boys (a little older than they are in the photo!) with mum on the camera.
