Saturday Morning Footy hopes everyone has a great 4th of July holiday. Stay dry or cool and enjoy the fireworks.
Saturday Morning Footy will be back July 11 with a very special session at West Potomac Park in our Nation's capital. The session will begin at 9am.
At 1pm the #18 Baltimore Washington Eagles take on the North Carolina Tigers.
Bring and picnic. Come out and support your home town Eagles.

Arlington County has closed all fields today. There will Eagles Practice at 10am at West Potomac Park in DC. Kids are welcome.
It was a huge first session. We had about sixty boys and girls participate in the first session of Saturday Morning Footy on June 13. It was the biggest session we have had for a number of years.
Thank you to our great volunteer coaches including Mick, Paul, Alex, AJ and Seth. Thanks to all the parents who helped out and the Eagles players for pitching in.

The tenth year of Saturday Morning Footy officially kicks off at 9am on June 13. The program begins at 9am (SHARP) and runs until 10.30am. The program is offered for FREE to boys and girls aged 5 to 15. To register CLICK HERE.
The under 9s participate in a US adaption of the most successful youth sporting program in Australia, AFL Auskick. Parents are encouraged to participate and help the players learn the skills and rules of Australian football through fun and safe activities. The session will end with a non-contact modified game and snacks!
The under 15s participate in an introductory house league. No experience is necessary to participate in this program. Players learn the skills and rules of Australian football through fun games and matches. Emphasis is on teaching the game in a fun and safe way.
A high school program is also available. The high school program begins at 10.30am. CLICK HERE to learn more about that program.
The Carlton Football Club has generously provided an authentic team jersey signed by the 2015 team.

Raffle tickets will go on sale at opening day on June 13. 100% of the money raised through this year's raffle will go towards providing a great free program to every boy and girl who wants to participate.
